You bring up some good points…I’d like to know what you would suggest in my situation. Right now I’m aiming to shed around 20 pounds and add muscle mass to my frame. But there are such a huge number of “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and adding muscle?

Carl Edwards acted like such a child when he wreck his competitor, apparently he might have though he was in days of thunder and he was cole trickle. IMHO he is a trouble maker and it would not suprise me if he ends up killing someone on the track. I just hope I am wrong. Well we shall see what happens next week when we do it all over again.

Google Voice has changed my life. I can’t believe some of the features it offers, such as the ability to have a brand new number. I’ve got a few extra invites. Also I hope that Apple rethinks the GVoice App, hwo could such an amazing application get killed by Apple?
